PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara a company which provides specialized construction and mining contracting services to the resources sector through-out Indonesia is seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following senior positions.
1. Plant Manager-Jakarta based (Code: PL-M)
· Educated to Degree level or equivalent
· At least 10 years experience at a senior level as a plant manager
· Mining experience essential, providing extensive maintenance experience and application is proven.
· Experience of having worked both strategically /operationally
· Management experience in an industry open pit mining is a distinct advantage.
· Good level of written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiar with database management system such as SAP, Datastream or Mincom.
· Strong Negotiation skills
· Commercial awareness
· Trustworthy and reliable character
2. Mine Operation Superintendent. – Site area (Code: MOSUPT)
· Graduate in Mining Engineering or Geology (Bachelor degree/ S1)
· Min 10 years experiences in the mining industry, with 3 years as Mine Superintendent.
· Having a good understanding of wide range mining equipment application.
3. Mine Technical Superintendent. – Site area (Code: MTSUPT)
· Graduate in Mining Engineering or Geology (Bachelor degree/ S1)
· Min 5 years experiences is similar role in the mining industry
· Able to operate Minescape or Minex Software
4. Plant Superintendent. – Site area (Code: PSUPT)
· Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor degree/ S1)
· Min 4 years experiences in the maintaining mining equipment
· Familiar with wide range heavy equipment maintenance program including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar,
· Komatsu, Hitachi & Volvo.
· Experience in the maintenance management and system
5. Project Manager – Site Area (Code: PM)
· Graduate in Mine Engineering (Bachelor degree/S1).
· Preferred minimum 15 years experiences in similar role in the mining industry
· Experience in Project Manager min 5 years
· Experience of having worked both strategically /operationally
· Management experience in an industry open pit mining is a distinct advantage.
· Good level of written and verbal in english.
· Strong Negotiation skills and able to communicate well and has good organization skill
· Trustworthy and reliable character
6. Project Cost Controller - Site Project based (Code: PCC)
· Purpose of the role :
· Provide assistance with cost reduction initiative in project site.
· Provide project cost performance report and variance analysis
· Provide assistance to prepare budget and forecast.
· Provide physical major stock count and analyzing of production target achievement as well as periodic equipments availability
· Monitor project costing allocation are corrected and properly posted to the system.
· Oversees project’s invoicing process as well as recognizing periodic accruals against its contractual agreement.
· Qualification :
· Graduate in Engineering or Accounting (Bachelor degree/S1)
· 2 years working as cost controller in mining related company
· Advance in Excel and preferably has basic knowledge in Datastream & SUN
· Good analytical thinking & interpersonal skills
· English Fluent in written and speaking (presentation)
7. HSE Superintendent – Site Project based (Code: HSE-SUPT)
· Graduate in Health, Safety & Environment Engineering (Bachelor degree/S1).
· Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies with multi sites, 10 years + total working experiences in mining.
· Formal training in Safety and Risk Management, internal audit and familiar with the Behavior Based Safety concept.
· Good communications and presentation skills including report writing skills.
· Able to travel to projects/sites.
· Work extended hours meet section deadlines and emergency situations.
· Also required is the experience and capability to manage safety initiatives at various project sites in Kalimantan.
8. Safety Officer – Site Project based (Code: SO)
· Graduate in Health, Safety & Environment Engineering (Bachelor degree/S1).
· Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
· Have strong leadership
· Able to work in a team or self starter
· Computer literate
9. Mine Plan Engineer – Site area (Code: MPE)
· Graduate in Mine Engineering or Geology (Bachelor degree/S1).
· Min 2 years experiences is similar role in the mining industry
· Capable in mine design and production scheduling
· Able to operate Minescape or Minex Software
All above positions preferred able to communicate in English and basic computer skills.
