We will maintain our plant and equipment in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, to ensure high mechanical availability to meet project/client requirements while always complying with the company's OH&S; Quality Control and Environment Protection polices.

Madhani has adopted a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program. The objective of PPM is to maintain plant & equipment in a planned manner, thereby reducing occurrence of "break-down" maintenance. Our philosophy is "refurbish/replace before component failure".

The PPM program will be structured to minimize maintenance costs and maximize equipment availability and performance

The PPM program is based on regular & thorough inspection of all plant and equipment to record defects/required maintenance and to then prepare and schedulre the required maintenance in a timeframe which ensures all necessary maintenance resources for the work at hand are available.

The PPM program ensures timely co-ordination of maintenance resources, including spare-parts, tooling, workshop facilities, consumables, vendor assistance and maintenance personnel to complete the PPM with minimum equipment down-time.

A "Master Maintenance Schedule" (MMS) will show the expected times for planned servicing/mid-life/overhaul of each equipment item.

Madhani Plant Manager is responsible to ensure each project site has the necessary maintenance resources to fully implement the PPM program.

Every Project Manager is responsible to ensure the PPM program is understood and consistently applied by all presonnel working at the project site.

Every Project Manager is responsible to ensure plant and equipment is operated in accordance with manufacturers recommendations al all times.

No modifications to plant and equipment shall be effected without prior approval by the Plant Manager.
